Yesterday was Anya's Christmas party at her preschool. She goes to Southside Baptist, and it's more like a mother's day out. She loves school. Of course I love it, too!! She is there on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There are only 8 kids in her class, and her teacher, Miss Harris (pictured above) is a doll! Steven and I use her time at school on Tuesdays to get a few errands done, and of course my mom takes her on Thursdays because I work.
We are starting computer charting, and lets just say it has been a rough week at work. Therefore, I was not able to leave for even the 45 minute party. Luckily, her GiGi was able to go with her. They decorated cookies and did whatever 2 year olds do. Ms. Gail said they had a great time. Apparently, when cookies were handed out, Anya thought they were to eat and ate the head off the gingerbread before they even started decorating!! As many of you know, Anya does not eat a lot of refined sugar at home, so when she is offered something sweet, she is all over it!! A girl after my own heart!!
That's Meg! I graduated highschool with her! I didn't know she was Anya's teacher!
